Different scale in AutoCAD 2010 and 2014.

I exported a DWG from sketchup, for version AutoCAD 2010.

When i open it in my office with 2014 the scale is correct. But when i send it to a colleague with verion 2010 the scale is different.

Any ideas why this happens?
