LiveUpdateFrame.htm will not display

Hi!

We have a problem with one install of AutoCAD 2013.  When I try to download and install an available update, a browser window opens up and tries to display the local LiveUpdateFrame.htm file.  The browser stays blank and the update does not go forward.  Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I am trying with IE 10 and Chrome, but no one works.

Tengo un problema cuando trato de instalar la actualización LiveUpdateFrame.htm. Cuando hago click en instalar, se me abre una ventana y trata de conectarse con el disco local (C), y el buscador queda vacio y la actualización no se puede ver. Estoy probando con IE 10 y Chrome y ninguno funciona. Mi licencia es de estudiante.
