.Arg to .Cuix

I have 2007 at the office and 2012 at home.

I would like to migrate the 2007 .arg file into my 2012 version but when I do this the .arg file needs to be a .cuix file.u

I've tried the migrate from previous version but that registers the old 2006 version I have on my machine.

Can someone please tell me or refer me to a step by step on how to get this customization from the .arg file into the correct cuix file. I will want to have this be the enterprise customization.
