2014 - Reset/change annotative text justification at all scales?

Hello,

I have some annotative text whose justification has been changed for one of its annotative scales (and not the others).

I have seen some posts that state that ANNORESET will reset the justification as well as the location of text at different annotation scales, but I believe this not to be true (at least in my experiments).

Does anyone know of a LISP routine that will reset or change the justification of text/mtext at all its annotative scales?
