We at our firm are currently using AutoCAD Architecture 2011 connected to a Kip3100 plotter. Recently the plots have been printed rotated ( usually cutting the sides of plots and are printed in a portrait format), sometimes even the print previews show otherwise correct. This seems to be a consistent issue with Kip 3100 the other plotters we have work fine. We have uninstalled and reinstalled AutoCAD as well as tried to calibrate the plotter. Nothing we tried in AutoCAD/Kip seems to be working as far as this issue goes. The tech guy from Kip try to install additional software without success… Does anyone know how to resolve this issue, it seems to be an issue with the plotter?
