I need to connect Autocad 2015 and 2016 as well as Autocad 360 to the internet. I'm in a company network and we are using a coroporate http/https proxy.
Where can I set the proxy address, port and username/password in Autocad products ?
Don't tell me there is no simple option like this !? It seems that in 2016 Autodesk didn't understand that NO we don't want to add exception to our corporate proxies ! (https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/AutoCAD-requests-to-Autodesk-servers-blocked-by-proxy-servers.html), not to mention the abnormal numerous domain to add, potentialy causing security issues to corporate networks, whereas a simple option could solve this in 1 minute...
Even the simplest dumb software developped by 1 or 2 guys on github are offering optino to use proxy with authentication.
Even Dassault DraftSight is offering FOR FREE a proxy option:
