As I was nearing the end of a project and working in autocad....I discovered a file I had been working in the day before and apparently quick saving frequently has become corrupt or invalid! I was given no notice as I was saving all day until I went to open the file the next day. I try and do a standard recovery on the file and all it says is file is invalid. back up file became corrupt as well and no current .sv$ dollars will help . I contacted Synergis and while pretty knowledgeable as far as finding other temp files was not able to recover the file. What he did discover was thru notepad he thinks there is some sort of broken code in the file at the beginning. And while trying to copy and paste code from a file 3 days prior was still not able to recover the drawing.....ANy tips or clues????? Thanks - Kevin
