Microstation Plot to Match AutoCAD Plot styles

I have converted .dgn files to .dwg files for use in AutoCAD. I would then like to print the file so that it matches the .dgn files (i.e. line weight, etc). 

I have the .plt file that Microstation uses. Is there anyway to use this in Autocad or someway for me to exctract the informaiton from this file to set up the plot style table in Autocad?
