Batch Importing DXFs and merging

I currently have approx. 70 DXFs which are simple survey cross sections (i.e through an arch

bridge).
These are numbered 30000A.DXF,30001A.DXF,30002A.DXF.......30070A.DXF

I have been given a new set of DXFs which are the same cross sections but taken at a later date.
These are numbered 30000B.DXF,30001B.DXF,30002B.DXF.......30070B.DXF

What I need to do is compare the new set to the old set and produce a PDF of the results. (i.e 30000B.DXF overlaid

onto 30000A.DXF to check for and changes)

Is it possible to batch import the new set into the old set. Both sets of DXFs are on the same co-

ordinate grids and the idea would be for the first to be coloured different to the new set so that

any changes can be viewed.

DXFs are ouputs from a program and are 2004 format. I currently have AutoCAD 2010.

Any ideas very welcome.
