Missing Toolbars, Hardware Acceleration Off, Navvcube On

Hello,

I just had a new 2013 AutoCAD installed on my new work laptop in order to replace an unstable (buttlike) 2014 install.

Long story short, the AutoCAD 2013 install works great when compared to the terrible (assey) 2014 installation, but I am having some weird issues.

I have a dedicated/saved Workspace and Profile and my Toolbars are locked.  I am using the following Toolbars;  Properties, Standard Annotation, Styles and a custom width Layer Combo Control (mounted to my Quick Access Toolbar).  Everything else is "off".

It seems like anytime either:

1)  AutoCAD crashes (boundary hatching, boundary polylining, etc.).

2)  AutoCAD is started fresh after rebootiing the laptop.

3)  I open more than one instance of AutoCAD.

There is a chance that It will reset (to gone) all or some of my toolbars, turn ON the Navvcube and turn OFF Hardware Acceleration all at the same time.  Needless to say, but I am getting pretty tired of relaunching missing Toolbars within a LOCKED Workspace ad nauseum.

Why?

Am I supposed to copy and paste the entire enu folder everytime?  Or the CUI files?  Do I have to create another Profile?

Isn't this sh!t supposed to work with a $4000+ program?

Thanks in advance for any assistance rendered...
