I am runningAutocad 2014. Just received a file from civil 3D 2014. it has points with info. i seearched and found Object enabler for Autocad 64 bit, and downloaded, and installed it. i still can't manipulate the points in the dwg. Not sure if i need to perform more steps to manipulate the points. I am trying to snap to them and connect them with lines.
