Hi,
I am new to autocad and have just started using it for my uni project. I am trying to draw a travel mug with internal space for electronics. I have drawn the mug with the required space internally, which went okay but i am now trying to add a curved handle on to it and i just can't do it. I have tried drawing it and attaching but for some reason the front/top/bottom is wrong so will only let me draw on one plane which is top view. I can not get the handle to be a 3d solid and attach or even try draw it off the mug.
I have tried to change the view planes but it won't change them (i can't seem to find the correct button or command to use to do this, i am just changing the x/y/z) If some could point me in the right direction or even change it for me and tell me what they did i would be most grateful. I have attached the drawing so you can look at it and see where i have gone wrong.
