*URGENT - Attributes in XREF not prompting

Hi everyone,

My question is sample: why do my block attributes not prompting when I do attach those with my xref. If I do an insert command, everything prompt correctly, but not when I xref? What's the matter.

I'Ve my template in the file x_template.dwg which contain the block with the attributes inside. Of course, the attribetes have been added INTO the block.

Now when I attach the file in x_amg.dwg in my paper space my layer is also on with vsretain = 1. I don't know what's the matter here, I can't understand.
