Dimensions in paper pace change when moving

We have dimensions in paper space setup. we set dimassoc to 2 so that it reads the linework thats in model space. On some of the computers that we have when you move a dimension it changes from what its supposed to be which for an example would be 10' & it changes to 110'. This only appears to happen on some computers. So what im wondering if there is a setting somewhere that is causing this to happen?
