Connect CV curve to Coincide construction lines

Hello All,

I would like to connect CV curve control vertices to coincide with endpoints of constructionlines. But somehow it is not working like I would expect. the first time I grip edit the linear dimensional parameter it does something, not the right thing but goes the other direction. But the second time it doesn't go anywhere. So basically my question is if possible, how do I connect the control vertices to coincide endpoints of construction lines?
