Plane Tangent to a Curved Surface or Normal to a Curved Surface - AutoCAD

Hi,

I am wondering if there is an easy way in AutoCAD to draw a tangent plane to a curved surface. I have a point on a surface where I need to draw a tangent plane. I am using this plane to build normal to the surface through this point. I am interested in getting your feedback on how I can achieve either of these without going through a real routine that takes a lot of time.
