Hi - I have no idea where to post this so decided to just start at the beginning of the forums.
I have been using Pro/E for 16 years and SW for about two, but neither for a year as I have been out of work. I have a possibility of a temp job coming up (Tuesday) but they use ACAD. It is thru a staffing company and the person has no idea what version, which one, etc. All I know it is piping drawings for a waste water plant. I have been doing mechanical small switches, sensors and things for about 20 years so this will be new on many levels - if I even get it. I learned on ACAD but not used since 1992 and it was release 9 :-/
trying to do a crash course with free trial download (for now) but not sure which to use. Anyone know if I should just use plain ACAD, Inventor or maybe Civil 3D? Any suggestions on best tutorials or other way to get quick feel having the background that I do?
thanks
tj
