Error after installation of 2014

I'm a member of the Autodesk Developer Network and have downloaded the 2014 software (As part of the Building SUite) so I can start technical editing a training manual.  When the Autodesk installer had 'unpacked' the files it came up with a message to say that the operation had been cancelled by the user.  I repeated the process and had the same result.

 

Now when I start my PC I get the following system message after I reach the desktop:

 

C:\Users\Richard\AppData\Local\Temp\220838Log.iniis lost

 

I entered msconfig and unchecked Autodesk 360 from starting up at first but to no avail.  I did not have the issue before installing the Autodesk Building Suite files so I am assuming that it has something to do with the error received when it was unpacking.  On clicking OK the message disappears and doesn't affect anything.

 

The programs installed as part of the suite seem to work fine - it's just that message when starting the PC for the first time.  I've attached a snapshot of the message.

 

Although I've looked on the ADN site there doesn't appear to be a contact for installation support.  Wondering if anyone can help here.

 

I'm on a newly built PC running Windows 7 Home Premium 64 Bit.
