extracting excel x,y,z coordinates points from a 3dsolid

hello,

im trying to make an accurate 3dsolid in autocad (i dont think i'll have much problem here),

then import x,y,z points from excel with a description (the description is basically the name of the point) (unsure i succeded here. It does show off the points with the description. I used pointor http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=isjM25BVwXI .) the problem is when i try to manipulate a point alone, it manipulate every points...unsure if its normal...not very used to autocad mechanical...

(the points properties seams to be block reference)

(also, i used points to make the whole thing more simple...)

then i was planning to erase points that are located inside the 3d solid, but  the subtract fonction doesnt seam to work as i expected it to work (extract 3d solid from 3d solid and not point from 3d solid /// also only seams to work 1 solid at a time and not a bunch...), soooo i dont think i can use that...unsure...

(kinda need some help here i guess...if any1 has any suggestions...)

and finally, i was planning to export the remaining points that wouldnt be erased back into excel (with their descriptions), so that i can work with the mathematical properties of each points

(pointor seams to have problems here ...when i made some tests...unsure why...but he didnt keep the description(or the name of the point)...could always identify point by his coordinates...but i prefer not to...)

any ideas are welcomed i guess...since im pretty much stuck...
