Table fields not updating

Hi

I'm working on a dynamic block consisting of some DLAs and DDIs, and want to summarize all the measurements in a table.

Using the "field" command in the table cells, I cannot see the checkbox prompting "Display value for block references", which is provided in the field window when creating an ATTDEF.

So, if I use ATTDEF for each field, everything goes well, but using the tables, whenever I insert the block, the fields show ### and by manipulating the block, the fields will not update.
