Hi all
I am a student with access to the AutoDesk products
I have a computer at home that is powerful enough to run these products
I am using AutoCAD and Revit ---
My computer at home does NOT have internet access, so I am on a library computer trying to install the program onto a flashdrive so I can take it home & install it on there.
When I did this yesterday ( I downloaded the program right onto my flashdrive and took it home - it said I couldn't install it because I had no internet acccess to "download" it)
I have tried installing the program onto the computer I am using right now (at the library) then move it onto the flashdrive.
I went onto a different computer to try installing the program from the flashdrive - it said the file was invalid and asked me to delete it.
Please, please if you know how to fix the issue I am having - I would be thrilled to hear your responses. I have tried to contact the AutoDesk team but this seems to be the only way of requesting for help.
I have attached a few screenshots in hope that it will help.
When I click on "AutoCAD 2015 - English" a window pops ups basically saying that the file has been moved or changed and that I cannot access it.
When I click on "AutoCAD_2015_English_Win_32_64bit_Trial_wi_en-us_Setup" - this computer (that has internet) it opens up the installer and starts downloading the program onto THIS computer. When I did this at home, it would not install because I had no internet for it to download it's content.
Thank you in advance
DJ
